The meat and vegetables used are always organic - as are the core ingredients in everything she cooks such as her own bread and chocolates. The quinces and medlars in Suzie's special jellies come from her parents' orchard in South Somerset.

Ingredients are always sourced as locally as possible to the venue of the event. For example, for weddings at Minterne Magna, Suzie makes use of the organic farm shop in Sydling, near Cerne Abbas. For other Dorset events, Parsons in Sherborne provide the highest quality meat and game.

Lovely cheeseSuzie is very lucky to have Bernard Stacey, a high-class organic butcher on her doorstep in Somerton. Cheese is from Longmans Dairy in North Cadbury. Fish comes locally from Samways Fish Merchants based in Bridport.

The seasons play a large part in our menu creation and availability at local farm shops and local markets plays a central part in what appears on a menu.
